As a Client Relationship Consultant in Group Benefits, you'll play a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth within our Charlotte, NC sales office. Partnering closely with Sales Consultants, brokers, and employer clients, you'll deliver strategic guidance, renewal expertise, and tailored solutions that help organizations maximize the value of their benefits programs.
By serving as a trusted advisor and relationship manager, you'll help strengthen key partnerships, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure clients receive the exceptional service and support Principal is known for.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to establish yourself as a knowledgeable industry expert and consultant in the field of group benefits. Your expertise and consultative approach will play a vital role in managing an assigned block of in-force group business.
The following salary ranges reflect market-specific compensation for this position across multiple job levels. Candidates will be evaluated to determine the appropriate job level based on their skills and experience.
This role is hiring in Charlotte, NC and offers in-office/hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangements. Management reserves the right to adjust the days required in office.
